Shipping Policy

We want your Age of Glow order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing & Delivery

Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. After processing, U.S. orders typically arrive within approximately 4–7 business days, depending on the product, fulfillment location, and carrier.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Rates

For U.S. orders under $50, insured and tracked shipping is $5.

Orders of $50 or more qualify for FREE insured and tracked shipping.

Shipping rates and available delivery options for international orders may vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout when available.

Multiple Shipments

Age of Glow works with select fulfillment partners to bring you our collection. If your order contains products fulfilled from different locations, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

You will not be charged additional shipping simply because your order is divided into multiple shipments.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, high order volumes, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Age of Glow is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

International Orders

International shipping availability and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
